This is a meeting that is special to all members.  A chance to get together at the end of the year and enjoy our favourite pottery.

The members start arriving during the morning, anything from around 9.30 am to 10am and as you arrive there will be hot drinks and biscuits to refresh you.

Please bring something for the raffle, a bottle of wine, box of chocolates etc as that pays for the room.

Other members will be setting out their pottery to sell, this is why you need to be there as items come out of boxes and some go into hands, money changes hands and the item never gets as far as the table.

At 12 noon the meeting is officially opened by the chairman and the buffet is open. there is a charge of £5 which is very good value for the feast made by the wonderful Sue and Louise.

You will then have an opportunity to look at the rare items in the auction, pick up a bidding number and spend more money. I need to let you know here that you need to BRING LOTS OF CASH!!  Everyone is selling their own pottery plus after the auction when you have collected your purchases the sellers have to be paid out.

You will have a wonderful day out and will be planning your visit to the next meeting.
